Our apps are designed to function with minimal data collection:
- Profile Information: If you use the in-app Chat, we access your public name and profile picture via social login (Apple, Google, or Facebook).
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous technical data (device model, connection speed) to ensure high-quality streaming performance.
2. How We Use Data
The collected information is used strictly to:
- Provide a personalized experience in the interactive chat.
- Monitor and improve streaming stability.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.
3. Content Responsibility
ZonaStreaming provides the technology. The audio and video content transmitted through the app is the sole responsibility of the media company owning the station. ZonaStreaming does not control or own the broadcasted content.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain chat profile information only as long as you use the service.
Consistent with Apple’s requirements, you can request the deletion of your chat data at any time. To do so:
Email us at: info@zonastreaming.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and provide your display name used in the app. Data will be removed within 48 hours.
